At metric™, we strive to offer efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your orders reach you in a timely manner. Below are the key details regarding our shipping process:

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 week to more than 1 month, depending on the season. Processing times may vary during peak seasons (such as holidays, sales events, or high-demand periods).

If you have made an order at a Pop-up event or Exhibition, please note that it might be a lot busier for us to get your order to you within the time originally promised.

We take great care to ensure all orders are handled efficiently, but please allow for possible delays during exceptionally busy times.

Returns & Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. The only exception is if you have received a defective item, which may include rips, cuts, loose or dangling fabric, excess fabric, or any flaw that would not be expected in a finished piece. All defective items must be inspected by us in person before a refund can be approved.

Exchanges will only be accepted if an error has been made on our part — for example, if you received the wrong item or the wrong color. We are unable to offer exchanges for any other reason.

Alterations are provided free of charge as an added service to our customers. If we advise that an alteration may risk damaging the piece and you choose to proceed, you accept full responsibility for the outcome. Alterations are typically completed within 1–3 days.

Customer Conduct

We value respectful and professional communication at all times. Any form of rudeness, verbal abuse, harassment, or aggressive behavior toward our staff — whether in person, via phone, email, or social media — will not be tolerated. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and decline future business. Our team is here to help, and we expect mutual respect in every interaction.

Return Process
If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Provide photos of the defective item to assist us in verifying the issue.
  3. We will send you detailed instructions on how to return the defective product.

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

Deposits & Payments

During Events, Pop-ups, or Exhibitions, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order is shipped or delivered. No delivery will be made unless full payment has been received. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in order cancellation without refund of the deposit.

International Shipping 
For international orders, delivery times can vary depending on your location. Typically, international orders will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks to arrive at your destination after processing. Shipping times may be longer depending on customs processing and local postal services.

GCC Countries: Orders shipped to Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries generally experience faster delivery compared to other international locations due to regional proximity. Expect your order to arrive more quickly, within the typical 1 to 2 weeks timeframe.

Rest of the World: For all other countries outside of the GCC, delivery times may be slightly longer, with a typical range of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination.

Shipping Fees in Qatar
Shipping charges for orders within Qatar will vary based on your delivery location. The exact delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your address. Our delivery service partners will ensure that your order reaches you promptly, and the shipping fee will reflect the logistics involved for your specific area.

We provide transparent shipping costs, so you will know the exact fee before completing your order. Please ensure that the address provided is correct to avoid any delays in delivery.
